Are your gluten free pastries safe for those with Celiac disease? As of 2023, Copeland & Co. has become a designated gluten free bakery. What this means for those with Celiac disease or gluten allergies is : - The kitchen space will no longer be shared so there will be no worry of cross contamination. - New bakeware equipment has been purchased (stand mixer, rolling pins, baking sheets, pastry tools) I never want to put anyone at risk and will always try my best to keep everyone who consumes my pastries safe. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me at copelandcobakery@gmail.com
