I'm the owner and sole baker at Copeland & Co! Ever since I was a young girl, I remember being drawn to the pure joy that people exude when they eat something they love. Whether it’s the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies that your grandma makes or the local restaurant that serves your perfect pot pie, that feeling resonates within all of us and it’s one of the greatest pleasures in life.

 

Personally, that “food” for me has always been - sweets. Anything that satisfies my hankering sweet tooth or makes me reminisce on my favorite childhood treats, I’m all for.
